'Deadpool cabbie' Karan Soni: An American actor of Indian origin is known for his role as that of a cabbie in Deadpool. He has also starred in the Yahoo Screen original series Other Space, and Betas and currently stars in Blunt Talk. As Dopinder in Deadpool movie, Soni left the audience in splits whenever he was on-screen and interacting with his superhero passenger.
Padma Lakshmi: Model, actress, cookbook author, actress and also a TV host, she adorns too many hats at the same time. Padma Lakshmi was raised partly in her birthplace Chennai and in New York. Suraj Sharma: Born and raised in New Delhi, Suraj made his debut with a title role in the 2012 film Life of Pi. He was one of 3,000 to audition for the role. Director Ang Lee stated that he selected him for his expressive eyes and innocent appearance. His looks were perfect for the role. He is all set to appear in the Mongolian-American adventure drama film Burn Your Maps.

Freida Pinto: Born and raised in Mumbai, she rose to fame with the 2008 British drama film Slumdog Millionaire. Her biggest commercial success came with the 2011 science fiction film Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Freida has subsequently appeared in a number of American and British productions, often playing supporting roles.

Namrata Singh Gujral: An Indian-American actress, born in Dharamshala, Namrata graduted in 1998 in US. In 2008, Gujral was treated for early stage, invasive breast cancer. She underwent surgery and chemotherapy. She hosts Thrive! With Namrata, a panel based show with cancer survivors on the Thrive Channel. Namrata directed and produced and also featured in cancer docu-drama titled 1 a Minute which released in 600 theaters, and acclaims to be the largest release to date cancer-related film in cinema history.

Dev Patel: Dev is known for playing Jamal Malik in Danny Boyle's Slumdog Millionaire (2008), for which he won a number of awards. He has also received critical acclaim for his roles in Skins, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and its sequel The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and HBO show The Newsroom
